Allen is a London-based web content professional with over fifteen years’ experience in the public and not-for-profit sectors.

I’ve written, edited and managed content on corporate websites and intranets and worked with staff and stakeholders to improve the quality of writing, information and user experience on their channels.

Croydon Council and the City of London Corporation have won national awards for the quality of their web content solely on the basis of my work.

Recent work includes researching and writing course pages for Brunel University’s Marketing Improvement website project; refreshing and reimaging content for Westminster City Council’s web transformation project; and assisting in the rebuild and migration of Hays Plc new corporate website.
